На сайте empflix.com висит такое предупреждение

IMPORTANT: YOUR PORN TIME COULD BE GETTING LIMITED!

Due to the recent proposed changes to the Internet Data Fair Usage Mandate to ISP Policies &
Regulations 2007 act (r11734) brought into effect by the International Consortium of Global Data
Infastructures starting from the 1st of next month we may have to limit your viewing time to 30
minutes per 24 hour period.

We are firmly in belief this is a mockery of our human rights and is a ridiculous act
that we must FIGHT TO NOT HAVE PASSED! If this act is passed it will mean legally
we cannot allow you to stream movies for more then 30 minutes per day or face
termination of our servers and the end of Empflix.com!
